Sarawakians in Brunei urged to come back to vote

Sarawakians residing in Brunei are called on to exercise their voting rights responsibly in the upcoming poll on 16^th April 2011 (Sat).

Malaysian`s responsibility to vote in the election to form the next government. Most of the Malaysians in Brunei are from Sarawak.

EC (Election Commission) chairman Tan Sri Datuk Abdul Aziz Mohd. Yusof announced:

Ordinary Voters:              961,433 voters

Postal Voters:                    18,363 voters

Total Voters:                      979,796 voters

 

Polling centres:                 1,749

Polling streams:                2,606
