I have came across the article where the oldest man known as "Pak Man" in Malaysia dies at 117 years old.
Here some suggested diet attributed his longevity:
1. Eating local vegetables
2. Avoiding food that were sweet, salty and milky.
3. Avoiding cold drinks
4. Avoiding smoking
